Standard shipping for heavy equipment like treadmills and power racks typically takes 5-10 business days. Smaller accessories usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy on fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wearable items like sweatbands and lifting belts must be unopened.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Yes, we partner with professional technicians to provide white-glove assembly services in select locations. You can add this option at the checkout page.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Fitness Avenue equipment comes with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Premium machines often carry extended warranties of up to 5 years on the frame and motor.
